Romania slashes pricing on euro tap
Romania priced a tap of a 4.625% September 2020 bond on Monday afternoon well inside initial price thoughts. The strong demand for the deal, which was a prefunding exercise, could encourage other issuers to bring deals this quarter instead of looking to print early next year when US politicians begin a second round of wrangling over the debt ceiling.
