US mulls Sofr FRNs and syndications

SSA bankers welcomed comments from the US Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee that suggested the US should expand its issuance programme to include products such as syndications, perpetual debt and Sofr linked floating rate notes. But they were sceptical that any mandates for such deals would be up for grabs in the near future.
