Liquidity limbo: how low can you go?

Secondary market liquidity — or rather the lack of it — is an increasingly large concern in the sovereign, supranational and agency bond markets. The European Central Bank began a programme of SSA bond buying in March as part of its vast QE operation — and that could wipe out any offer side liquidity in euros.
