IADB guns for long end in dollars
The Inter-American Development Bank is set to offer investors the rare opportunity of buying Washington supranational dollar paper at the long end of the curve, having hired a pair of banks on Thursday to run a 30 year syndication. The mandate announcement came as Network Rail was wrapping up a five year in the currency.
