AFD ups premium to make second crack at euros
Agence Française de Developpement priced a five year euro benchmark on Wednesday afternoon, two weeks after postponing the deal because of volatile markets. A bulky book for Kingdom of Belgium’s five year benchmark on Tuesday encouraged the issuer to try its hand again.
