Cades shines at short end
Caisse d’Amortissement de la Dette Sociale found strong demand for its commercial paper this week, selling a pair of blockbuster clips that were its largest deals in almost three years. The issuer wants to take advantage of heightened investor demand at the long end to print deals of nine months and longer.
