BofA Hires Head Of FX Options

Bank of America has hired Bronia Jenkins, chief marketing officer at Volbroker, as head of foreign exchange options in New York. At the same time, Mark Mullet, a senior fx options trader atUBS Warburg, has been brought on board to trade fx options. He reports to Jenkins.

Jenkins was at UBS Warburg prior to Volbroker. Mullet joins from UBS in Stamford, Conn. where he reported to John Meyer, global head of foreign exchange and precious metals options in Stamford. Meyer said the firm would be replacing Mullet internally. Jenkins and Mullet had worked together previously at UBS, when Jenkins was one of the heads of the fx options group. Jenkins was traveling and could not be reached. Mullet declined comment.
