Bill Kelly, managing director and head of interest rate volatility trading at Citigroup Global Markets in New York, has left the firm after approximately 18 years.
Kelly reported to Ken Tremain, head of U.S. fixed-income derivatives trading, whose assistant referred calls to Danielle Romero, spokeswoman in New York. Romero confirmed the departure but declined further comment. A Citigroup insider said Kelly's responsibilities have been assumed by existing staffers and there are no plans to replace him.
