Peter Scialla, managing director and head single stock equity derivatives volatility trader at Morgan Stanley in New York, has jumped to Goldman Sachs to co-head equity derivatives option trading, according to an official. Scialla could not be reached. Ed Canaday, a spokesman at Goldman declined comment. Melissa Stonberg, a spokeswoman at Morgan Stanley, did not return calls.
