JPMorgan has hired Richard Liang, structurer at ING Financial Markets in Hong Kong, for a similar role in its structuring solutions group in Hong Kong. For this cross-asset class structuring team, Liang now reports to Lionel Semonin, Asia ex-Japan head of the structuring solutions group in Hong Kong. Semonin confirmed the hire but declined further comment. Liang did not respond to messages.
At ING, Liang reported to Mark Newman, Asian head of structured products in Singapore. Newman was traveling and could not be reached.
