Lloyds TSB Bank has hired James Hart to work as a structurer in its London-based securitization team. Mark Escott, head of the team, explained Hart will work on client receivables transactions for the bank's Cancara Asset Securitization conduit, which has around USD7.5 billion under management.
Hart, who joins as assistant director, previously worked as an analyst at Moody's Investors Service in the asset-backed commercial paper team. Hart could not be reached.
