Deutsche Bank Credit Structuring Chief Quits

Theo Constantinidis, managing director and head of credit structuring at Deutsche Bank in London, has left the firm.

Theo Constantinidis, managing director and head of credit structuring at Deutsche Bank in London, has left the firm. Reached at home, Constantinidis confirmed he resigned last week. He reported to Rajeev Misra, global head of credit trading, who did not return calls.

Market officials have connected Constantinidis with a role at Merrill Lynch, but he declined comment on the move. The U.S. firm is thought to be eyeing him for a head of European structuring slot, reporting to Osman Semerci, managing director and head of global markets for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Semerci could not be reached for comment and Patrick Meyer, spokesman for Merrill in London, was unable to confirm the appointment by press time.
