Mitsubishi UFJ Securities is transferring Nobukazu Saeki, chief manager of the credit trading department in Tokyo, to London this week. Saeki, who is also co-chair of the Japan credit derivatives committee for the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, said he will head up the structuring desk for the firm, following the promotion of Yumesaku Ishigaki, head of structuring, to a senior managerial role as executive director of the firm in London. Ishigaki was traveling and could not be reached.
