Credit Suisse Asset Management has hired Frédérique Pierre-Pierre, previously responsible for equity derivatives marketing at HVB Group in London. She joins in a new role as European head of product development, reporting to ceo David Blumer. Pierre-Pierre and Blumer did not return messages.
Pierre-Pierre is a tax lawyer and prior to HVB, she was at Merrill Lynch in its tax and equity derivatives group. An official close to CSAM said she was hired because of her combined sales, tax and regulatory knowledge and will both market and structure multi-asset products.
