Goldman Sachs has hired Henry Flowers from Merrill Lynch as a v.p. in structured equity solutions. He reportedly replaces Jorge Ramirez, who moved to UBS last month (DW, 9/29) and will report to Michael Dweck, managing director and head of structured equity solutions in New York. At Merrill, Flowers was a director in a similar role, reporting to Mitch Cox, managing director.
