Update: Three Telenor lenders revealed
Nordea, SEB and Svenska Handelsbanken provided Telenor, the Norwegian telecoms group, with its Nkr8bn ($1.16bn) loan and the facility will not be syndicated, EuroWeek understands. The three year term loan, signed in early January, backs the borrower’s $1.07bn acquisition of a 60% stake in Unitech Wireless, the Indian mobile phone venture.
