Nova Ljubljanska to set CEE tone
Nova Ljubljanska Banka, which is on the brink of sending out a request for proposals for a three year loan of about Eu400m, will set the tone for how easily eastern European financial institutions can raise bank debt this year, said loans bankers on Monday.
