Heijmans amends Eu400m loan, buys back bonds
Heijmans, the debt-laden Dutch construction group, has amended its Eu400m syndicated loan, changing the covenants and extending the deal, originally due on March 24, 2011, for another year. As well as providing collateral to its lenders, Heijmans has increased its margin to 350bp.
