Snam Rete to tap loan market for Eu1.3bn after rights issue
Italian gas distributor Snam Rete Gas is set to tap the loan market shortly, after having launched a Eu3.47bn rights issue last week. The facility, of up to Eu1.3bn, and rights issue are backing Snam Rete’s purchase of gas storage business Stogit and gas distributor Italgas from, Eni, which owns 50.03% of Snam Rete.
