LMA elects Fitzgerald as chairman
Ian Fitzgerald has been elected to chairman of the Loan Market Association, a post which has been vacant throughout 2009. Fitzgerald, head of loan syndicate at Lloyds Banking Group, was elected last Thursday to replace David Slade, who stepped down from the European loan market’s trade body in January.
