JPMorgan rescues ICO dollar trade after CS, MS and RBC fail to make it happen
Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO) this week took the unusual step of awarding the mandate for its new $1bn three year dollar benchmark to just one bank, JPMorgan, which stepped in after three other houses failed to garner sufficient demand during the soft-sounding process.
