VEB mulls syndications as TNK reaches $600m
Russia’s Vnesheconombank (VEB) is expected to come back to prospective lenders next week on a potential $1bn facility, which is understood to be gathering pace. But some loans bankers are now suggesting that the facility, one of the first deals for a Russian bank borrower this year, could proceed into a general round of syndication instead of just being completed as a club.
