Nidera finally signs $1.7bn deal
Dutch agribusiness trading group Nidera signed banks into an $800m revolver last Friday as part of a $1.7bn deal made up of committed and uncommitted facilities. The completion of the transaction, which was syndicated and oversubscribed in April this year, was complicated by the security structure of the deal.
