Moody’s gets in on Dubai downgrade act
Moody’s heaped more pressure on Dubai on Monday when it downgraded one of the emirate’s government-related entities and placed three on review for downgrade. The rating agency carried out the move, similar to that made by Standard & Poor’s a month ago, because of “still limited government transparency” over its support of state-owned companies.
