LOANS- Siemens' ADB Airfield Systems deal to close
Fortis, KBC and Siemens Financial have been confirmed as lenders to the club financing backing the Eu68m-Eu70m acquisition of Siemens’ airfield lighting business by Montagu Private Equity. Bank of Ireland and WestLB are co-ordinating the loan for ADB Airfield Solutions which should close next week.
