Greek Elefsina toll road deal closes 20% oversubscribed
Syndication of the Eu1.6bn Elefsina-Korinthos-Patras-Pyrgos-Tsakona toll road PPP in Greece has been signed, ending a process that began in February. Alpha Bank, Calyon, Millennium BCP and Natixis arranged the facility for Greece’s biggest PPP. It closed about 20% oversubscribed, according to one of the bookrunners.
