Trans Media to name nine banks to run $450m facility
Indonesian television operator Trans Media is preparing to formally mandate international banks to run a $450m five year loan, having already picked nine lenders to lead the deal. The company hopes to take advantage of overseas demand for Indonesian credits that remains strong — despite increasingly tight pricing.
