TNT delivers new credit facilities for demerger
TNT, the Dutch delivery firm which is spinning off its Express group, has signed new credit facilities totalling Eu1.14bn as part of the demerger. One of the two Eu570m multi-currency revolvers will be used by the demerged Express, while the other will be used by the TNT Mail group.
