Ziggo lands Eu460 term loan in amend & extend
Lenders to Dutch cable operator Ziggo have approved an amend and extend process that allows it greater flexibility for prepayments and to update terms surrounding a change of control. The process has also extended the maturity of the company’s term loan ‘B’, and has seen its term loan ‘C’ and second lien loan replaced by a new term loan ‘F’, which has had its pricing cut.
