Wilmar widens lending group after rapid senior syndication
Commodities company Wilmar International has wrapped up a speedy senior syndication after attracting two banks with an early bird offer. The borrower has now opened the deal to a wider group of banks as it seeks $1.5bn from a three-tranche loan.
