VEB to increase deal to $2.3bn
After raising $2.45bn from a group of 19 banks, Russian financial institution Vnesheconombank is set to increase its three year unsecured loan to $2.3bn. The borrower had targeted $2bn from the club deal, offering lenders tickets of $100m and $150m.
