Wilmar preps imminent loan after picking six lead lenders
Wilmar International is preparing a $1.5bn loan that could be launched as soon as this Friday, after the company named six banks to lead the deal. Bankers hope to replicate the success of the company’s last deal, a $1.9bn loan to finance its acquisition of Sucrogen that attracted commitments from 12 banks.
