Wind lenders could push back on fee for settlement delay

Investors have slammed the offer of a fee to compensate them for a delay in settlement of part of Wind Telecom’s Eu3.93bn of leveraged loans. The lenders have been offered a commitment fee of 40% of the margin from the end of February, but with the trade still to settle four months after the deal was signed, they have criticised it as unsatisfactory.
