Dia builds bank group with debut Eu1.05bn
Spanish discount supermarket chain Dia met lenders in Madrid on Thursday to discuss a Eu1.05bn credit facility. The firm, which has been spun off from France’s Carrefour, has mandated Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, La Caixa, Natixis, Santander and Société Générale to lead the loans.
