Questions remain for Eksportfinans creditors

The Norwegian government’s decision to wind up Eksportfinans, and the way in which it was communicated (see main story), continued to drive uncertainty in the SSA market this week. The chaos has cast one of the world’s last safe haven sectors — Nordic agencies — into the heart of the volatility swirling around the markets amid the eurozone sovereign debt crisis.
