Cinven merges Mercury, Amdipharm with £388.6m add-on

Private equity firm Cinven wants to raise £280m of senior loans and a £108.6m mezzanine facility to merge its latest acquisition Amdipharm with its September purchase Mercury Pharma. The new group will be called CCM Pharma.
