CFTC Delays Swaps Reporting
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has delayed compliance with a requirement that derivatives end-users report their swaps trades from April 10, to July 1 for interest-rate and credit default swaps and to Aug. 19 for equity, fx and commodity swaps.
