Hansen owner sells out in pass-the-parcel deal
IK Investment Partners, a private equity firm, has reached an agreement to buy Hansen Protection from Montagu Private Equity. The acquisition, which was announced on Thursday, will be supported by debt facilities underwritten by DNB.
