Metallum shines on debut

Metallum, the Belgian non-ferrous metals group, signed its first syndicated loan last week, increasing it by Eu20m to Eu190m after an oversubscription.

The three year deal, comprising a Eu140m revolver and a Eu50m capex facility, was initially intended to be Eu170m. Despite the increase, lenders’ allocations were scaled back.
