Nolte puts together Eu80m revolver

German flat-pack furniture maker Nolte moebel-industrie has signed an Eu80m syndicated revolver. The three year deal will be used to refinance an outstanding loan signed in June 2005, which has since been amended.

The new transaction was launched at the end of March. Although the facility was oversubscribed, it was not increased. Lenders instead saw their commitments scaled back.

UniCredit was sole bookrunner. Commerzbank and LBBW were lead arrangers, while DZ Bank and RZB came in as arrangers.
