Fuller’s brews up £100m refi

UK brewer Fuller, Smith & Turner has completed a £100m five year credit facility, refinancing and increasing a loan set to mature later this year.

The deal, which has no amortisation requirements, was agreed with Barclays Capital, Mediobanca and The Co-operative Bank.
