DSV Miljo recycles debt with rare PIK loan

DSV Miljo, a Danish private equity-owned soil recycling firm, has signed a Dkr925m (Eu124m) senior facility and refinanced a mezzanine loan with a rare payment-in-kind facility.

The debt will be used to refinance a Dkr1.2bn facility backing private equity group Triton’s acquisition of the company in 2005, a loan that was amended in January 2007.
