Moelven signs refi with costs up by Nkr10m

Moelven, the Scandinavian forestry products firm, has signed a five year Nkr105bn (Eu132.5m) loan, refinancing a facility of the same size agreed in 2006 and set to mature next year.

The facility was signed on May 18 with Nordea, DnB NOR and Handeslbanken. HSH Nordbank, which was part of the company’s outstanding syndicate, has not renewed its commitment.
