Software lines up Eu340m takeover loan

Four banks have lined up to provide a Eu340m facility backing Germany’s Software intended offer for business infrastructure software peer IDS Scheer which is expected to go ahead at the end of August.

The deal, provided on a club basis by Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank and Landesbank Hessen Thüringen Girozentrale as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners, was signed on July 31.
