Daisy’s chain grows as Barclays joins syndicate

Business telecoms company Daisy Group has added Barclays Capital to the syndicate of banks on its existing credit facility, increasing the line by £40m to £115m.

The loan, which matures in June 2013, was signed last June as a £75m facility with HSBC, Lloyds TSB and Yorkshire Bank. The revolver is used for working capital purposes, to finance future acquisitions and to repay existing debt.
