Posten Norge delivers Eu300m refi

Posten Norge has closed a Eu300m five year multi-currency revolving credit facility after the deal was oversubscribed during syndication. DnB NOR co-ordinated the loan for the Norwegian postal operator and was joined by another five banks in syndication.

All the participants committed equally to the loan.

Danske Bank, Fokus Bank, Nordea, SEB and Svenska Handelsbanken are mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners on the facility. It will be used for general corporate purposes and will refinance an existing Eu500m seven year deal completed in October 2005. All ...
