SITA STW launches syndication of £236m PF deal

BBVA, Crédit Agricole and Natixis have won the mandate to lead a £236m 26 year senior secured facility to support the construction of the SITA South Tyne and Wear waste water project.

The bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers have fully underwritten the loan, which was launched into general syndication last week. A select group of lenders, most of which are the sponsors’ relationship banks, have been invited to take tickets of Eu30m.
