Tarkett lays down five year revolver
Tarkett, the French flooring firm, has signed a Eu450m five year revolving credit line with a margin of 80bp. BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole, Crédit Lyonnais, HSBC and Société Générale led the deal as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners.
The Baa2/BBB rated borrower initially planned to issue a deal of Eu400m but increased the size of the loan after it was oversubscribed during syndication.
Banc of America, Crédit Mutuel-CIC, Danske Bank, RBI and SEB joined as mandated lead arrangers while Barclays Capital, BGL BNP Paribas and Caisse
