Pegas puts together new Eu180m loan

Pegas Nonwovens has signed a Eu180m five year non-amortising loan, split into a Eu165m revolving credit line and an overdraft facility of Eu15m.

Česká Spořitelna and ING supported the loan for the Czech company, which was signed on Wednesday. The margin on the deal is linked to the borrower’s debt to Ebitda ratio.

The new facility replaces a Eu150m revolver that was arranged in 2007 and set to mature in May ...
