Linklaters appoints Gray to Levfin co-head

Linklaters has appointed Brian Gray as co-head of its leveraged finance practice, replacing Gideon Moore who has become the law firm’s global head of banking. Gray will lead the practice alongside existing levfin co-head Nick Syson.

Gray, who has advised sponsors, underwriters and lenders in LBO and restructuring transactions, has been a banking partner at the law firm since 2007. In 2011, he worked on LBOs including Evonik Carbon Black, Vitalia and Jack Wolfskin.
